A Weekend Away

My husband and I love adventures together that involve being outdoors . . . This weekend we chose to take a little road trip to a town in the mountains called Big Bear. These adventures of ours always include our three Labradors . . . our own little circus .
If you are wondering what they must be thinking, I can tell you precisely . . . "ball . . . ball . . . BALL!"

The changing colors of Fall are undeniably some of the most beautiful portions of God's painting upon the earth.
I often say that I want to someday learn to love like a Lab.  They are forgiving and faithful to the end.
During the summer that we fell in love, my husband taught me to sail . . . I will never forget that feeling and I am hopelessly hooked.

A Love Worth Capturing

Sarah and Dave . . . the most beautiful English couple you could hope to meet . . . completely in love with the added bonus of a genuine love of coffee .
Three years of marriage is reason to celebrate . . .
Isn't this the perfect picture of marriage . . . from time to time, we need a little "pick-me-up" from the one we love . . . or the occasional tossing over the shoulder will suffice . . .
Here's to Dave and Sarah.  You truly possess a love story only written by the Lord and I am blessed to be a witness of the first three of many years of love.
 Quite saucy, I'd say . . . with an English accent that I dearly wish I possessed . . .

The Joys of Babyhood

This is the beautiful face that won my heart from the moment that I met him . . . this is Bailey.
What a gift to have had an opportunity to photograph this beautiful baby.  Bailey is one of the most joyful babies I have ever met . . . especially when his mom sings to him.
Oh how the grass tickles those toes. . .
